We all know that the crypto market is very volatile and very sensitive to manipulation by different people, even through the most innocent tweet on social networks. We've seen such examples with Dodgecoin and Elon Musk's speech and even with Bitcoin, so I'm not personally surprised.
And I'm not sure how big a crime it is to buy a coin at a very low price (after all, that's the goal of the market) and then advertise it on social media and raise the price. In my opinion, it may be difficult to prove, but still the laws in the United States on this topic are a little stricter and we will see how far the process will go.
