I need to flash Braiins OS+ on 35 Antminers from my house. I am trying to figure out what equipment I will be needing and if it will be possible without actually running the miners.

Powering:
I don't think I will be able to run an Antminer PSU at my house so I am wondering if I will be able to power just the control board of each miner with any PC power supply that has 6 pin ports coming from it. Please let me know if this will work and if there are any better/cheaper alternatives here.

Flashing:
Since I most likely don't have the network infrastructure with a switch and several ethernet ports to flash them in bulk, I am stuck flashing one miner at a time by plugging it into an open port on my router. I think alternatively, I could use an SD card, but from what I understand it is best to just use bos-toolbox through the LAN connection.
