I quit my job last month because I felt that my job was rather irritable and troublesome. At that time, I was naive and thought that as long as I was not satisfied with my job, I didn't need to stay. Then I felt that I was wrong. Because everything has to be started from scratch, the work has not been reduced at all, but the salary has plummeted. Because we are all newcomers to a new position.
That is the main problem if we quite our job and have to start from the lower levels again in a new company. Every year there will be a lot of newcomers with which we have to fight over promotions. If changing our job is a the goal I would recommend to go into a similar field so we don't have to start on the lower levels again. So yeah, better not to quite our job until we already have something else lined up.
