That account is 99% hacked

Now that I think about it ...  it does look suspicious.
There are 2 ongoing "major malware campaigns" : Fake PhoenixMiner and Fake ethenlargementpill (which comes embedded in NH binaries). You are both targeted by this wave of malware posting accounts.

Makes me think if it's just a/some random guy/s trying to steal some crypto, a(nother) smear campaign for you guys, or for the forum...
