~It depends on the setting if the provider support RTP variants, for example, Pragmatic and NoLimit City.
I've checked a few games on Duelbits for both providers, and there's no problem. I'd say the site is configured properly (disclaimer on), the demo RTP is exactly the same as the real RTP.

Although the difference is minuscule and hardly can be noticed within 100-200 rolls, the site would encounter legal issues if checked by authorities. As I said above, it's illegal to have different RTPs in demo and real modes.
Demo or fun mode sometimes has a different RTP tho because of different settings. For example, the site may use the ~94% RTP version for real play, but it's still ~96% on the fun mode. Always check RTPs
