stay up late. The university has developed a bad habit of staying up late. It was very serious when I first worked, and then my health deteriorated, so I forced myself to go to bed at 11 o'clock every day. Now even if I drink tea at night, I can fall asleep before half past eleven.
It is ok to stay late but only on few times and not constantly because there are things need to be done late sometimes.

Even in work place there is some called overtime in which we need to stay late to finish some work that demands to be send the next morning first thing.

1. Be stingy with yourself.
2. Not making enough efforts to increase income.
Is this advise for OP , or advise for yourself?
