Interesting, so with every fan donation to content creators, 90%of the transaction goes to the content creators. 1% is burnt forever, 4.5% is split proportionally between holders, and 4.5% is added to the developer fund. Pretty convenient as for me 
The earnings of content creators here are quite good as they are getting much of it. This will be an attractive feature of this platform. However, one concern from creators that may arise is how valuable the token it will be in the market. At the early stage of this project, don't expect that this will have good price in the market.
And right now, if we check in uniswap, the conversion is 1 Libertas = 0.00000919295 ETH. It may prove in the future, if they can attract users on their platform.
The suggested figures for tipping will be displayed in USD and sent to the Content Creators in Libertas. There will also be a field for the user to enter the amount of USD they wish to send, if the suggested tips aren't what they are looking to send.
The user will see how many Libertas they are sending when they review the tip. For example, on Uniswap you have to enter the ETH amount before it calculates the tokens.
