Until the above fork, the obligation of masternodepayment is stopped.
Currently, it is not economical to risk forks to obligate payments.

So masternode payments are coded, but just not made mandatory..? Does it mean all the miners are cheating, and all of them have modified their sources to remove masternode payments?
It either means that there are only a handful of miners on BitSend (or maybe just one entity), or all of the miners are swindlers..? Doesn't seem likely.
