Make up your mind, these can be put into one message if you don't want to get kicked for spamming. Also, why would
any of these need a distributed ledger? Because that's what the blockchain is. It's not something you putmagically into everything. That doesn't make any sense. It's expensive and bulky solution and more then often impractical compared to any centralized solution.
