I tweaked the block explorer a bit more...
Now we see the time since last block instead of the time it was found (I could never read those time in UTC anyways! aways got confused

LOL that's why it's there for ... so we can easily check on the distribution process.
I also made it responsive for mobile viewing...
If I get bounty I might buy a domain name so it's easier to access than thru the IP address
