Are you going to buy because you are hoping it will reach $1, if you are going to buy because you are hoping it will reach $1 it's wishful thinking but if you are going to buy because of it's usage like cheap fee and fact transaction, then go for it, I'm buying Doge coin because I'm using it to trade my Bitcoin for lower transaction when converting my coins to my local currency, and to use in the site I'm betting.
