It sure is closing, and for the big teams/favorites like Bayern and City, they'll be happy two really big teams are already out of their way, making things somewhat easier, though in the CL, one can get knocked out my any team, but nonetheless it's much better to face Porto, than Barcelona in a UCL QF.
That is true but it wasnt very decisive as you make it out to be. Would have been 5-3 with still 2 goal lead. Wouldnt have been much trouble for PSG.
I don't think so, that penalty came in the first half, if Messi had scored, that gives them extra momentum heading into the second half, they prolly might not have had their comeback, but it could have made the second half more interesting and put more pressure on PSG in the second 45 minutes.
