What makes you think that precisely? I think the opposite, she's able to easily beat many professional bantamweight men IMO, in such small categories KO are less common, so strength power is less important..

Hyping a fighter is not bad but there must be some truth to the arguement when you are facing a professional MMA fighter you might think that she can knock them out but these fighters are not having their hands tied behind the back to simply come forward and present their jaw so that they can knock them out .Amanda Nunes can knockout you and me who are not training for a fight but you cannot say the same against professional men fighters.
