As an average person who lives with simple life and just do trading all by myself I don't think we'd able to create an altcoin through android. Unless, if you're going to study and take a programming course specialized on cryptocurrency or whatsoever platform that you would like to have. But, there's a big problem because that really needs investment before you can start building your own coin.
