I wonder what kind of bettor will have the heart to spend money earned from betting on people's misery. If a bettor bets on increased death rate and the death rate increases, his/her earning could be considered blood money. Better not to reward that kind of prediction..
Prediction market has to Moral
Well, you do have a point when it comes to moral things but people who do bet into those increasing deaths wouldn't really be taking this as a serious issue when it comes to moral aspects.
This is just business and as long they can make money with it then it wouldn't matter but lets not hope for those increase of deaths.
Ofcourse. That's depends on whether they know what they are doing is wrong, assuming they are personally benefitting from the deaths.
If they are doing it unintentionally, that's is a different issue, but if after being warned and they understand the moral issue and the bad consequences, then they are aware already and would need to change.
Who would really be warning out those people? This is a personal issue because no one would really be stopping you on what are the things you do have in mind
and on what are the things you should do.I dont consider those unintentional issues because its clear as day if its really that moral to make out bets on
people's lives.I dont know on what consequences you've been talking on because there are no such rules or laws about these kind of betting lines.
It is just matter on someones conscience if he can really afford to make out these kind of bets.
