My withdrawal request (3ETH) is pending since January 6th. Huge delay comparing to promised 24h.  I'm an acedbets client since May 2020. Many successful deposits and withdrawals.Few withdrawals with delays but was ok for me. This time something went totally wrong. 2 support tickets not answered. 5 contacts with livechat support but always the same response : "I will inform the team". So it's almost 30 days since I've requested a withdrawal - no payout and no explanation why it takes so long. I tried to ask on their discord channel but after 5mins I was blocked and my message was deleted.
