If it is RX 580:
CHECK IF YOU RUN PM AS ADMINISTRATOR.
If it is RX 6800:
THIS GPU DOES NOT ACCEPT STRAPS in PM YET.

RX480, RX570 and RX580. I'm running as administrator. 3 cards no errors, 3 cards giving the "unable to init straps" errors.
