It will ultimately even out, if you get the estimated odds at 2.5 while it is 1.5 on classical bookie, You deserve to be rewarded. generally speaking, such huge disparities are rare and any advantageous spot for a gambler is evened out by bettors(unless some huge bet is made on an underdog).
Don't care either way, but I believe only 100% fair solution to all parties would be to make all participants that are using betting sites like this to post second screen shot with actual winnings. More extra work I know and as you said it will probably even out in the end so maybe there is no need for it.I am in, can't believe I almost missed this one.
Wow, I genuinely thought I invited you and hence I didn't try again. I might have to check on how I missed it. Anyways, You'll at least have a weeks time to register after the tournament commences. 
I will register tomorrow just waiting for some multi tickets to finish so I can better choose the bank. I am betting in both ETH and BTC so have to see how much of either will there be left on site and pick one.
