Normally when people get the free money/coin, the first thing they do is to dump in the market. Its better to bring the coin in the exchanges at the same time so people know the value of it and don't dump.
Remember if people keep on accumulating Graphene via airdrops and no place to exchange this coin, once the coin get listed on exchange they will unload their bag. To avoid this, you need to have it on exchange from the very beginning.
Graphene is a brand new blockchain with a strong use case and good technology, I am sure it will have adoption by the developers and community since it works very well, soon once it's release the test network developers will be able to understand the potential of Graphene
it does not make sense to list Graphene now if it is not launch yet, but the team have plans to launch it in major exchanges.
