Yes, changing sportsbook in the middle of the tournament isn't an issue at all. However, changing crypto isnt allowed. Your starting stack that you've put in, will remain unchanged. 
but no, that doesn't reply precisely to my question... I 'm not talking about changing one time my sportsbook in the middle of the competition, I'm basically talking about playing with 2 sportsbooks at the same time. Is it allowed?
