I don't even see that coin has any volume on HitBtc exchange, if there is any then convert into any coin which is having lesser withdrawal fee like USDT tron-20 or any coin which is cheaper. But why did you choose that exchange Binance is having most of the trading volume for the particular coin you are talking about. It's only 1 Rvn on the other exchanges.
