i don't think so because there is no use-case of doge coin and it will pump and dump coin based on Musk's tweet but let's wait for any official announcement.
I'm not sure about that dude, if we are talking about the US exchange site that already accepted doge coin and bittrex was also accepting doge coin. The use case can be the main consideration but again everything can change at anytime. As a memecoin but doge is always having the same chance with the legit coin to be listed on the coinbase.
Even if this is only a rumor and that might be considered as a thing to create FOMO. These days there are lots of rumor to create FOMO
