Those aren't death threats, their just examples of the stupid things said by keyboard warriors when their skivvies get wedged.  Even the ethical implications of someone saying "I wish so and so would die" should be taken with a grain of salt.  I don't think either of those users are actually wishing anybody would die.

On the other topic; you really need to take hard look at the review you're leaving.  A large percentage of them simply state "Spammer" and with reference to something that I assume I'm supposed to recognize as spam.  You maybe right 100% of the time, but none of those reviews should exist.  I suggest you review them of all, and if one of those members does deserve a red tag, provide a reasonable argument as to why.
