Yep. And if it still keeps rising it will be 1 sat next. But what if btc still keeps rising after the hourly pay becomes 1sat, what then? I imagine If btc doubles again, the admin will have to pay 1 sat every 2 hours.
Or they will be paying sub satoshis via LN.
