The 2 problem I have is my account was email and phone verified before the outage now my phone says unverified and it fails to find number when I try to verify again.
Maybe this is some technical problem as their servers are really affected of the fire , Have you send tickets to their support for fast action ? or Simply PM the FortuneJack account here in forum.
The other problem is last week I had a withdrawal and it was held up due to security check. I sent in my ID and I was paid but I just initiated a new withdrawal and it's saying security check again. Maybe this is normal?
I don't think that is normal , you have already comply with the KYC from the first withdrawal why need to send one again.
Unless your account activities are questionable so there might be some sort of clarification from time to time .
