not all the sites are offering this service but it could be a good idea for some sites but if you placed a bet on the under market with goals then I think you do not want to hear a sound at all lol
It works both ways. If you placed a bet on the over market, the goal notification is exactly what you want to hear. 
The good thing about these bet365 sound notifications is that you can configure it to your liking. If you want an alert only for goals and not other events, you can tick to receive only those. You don't have to be bothered with corners, bookings, and other actions if you don't want to.
