My sleep schedule has been getting worse, I have big tests this whole month and my sleep has been getting bad. When I started to sleep late it was like 1am or 01:30am or something like that. But know it's 2am - 3am and I can't sleep early because I'm so used to sleeping late, my eyes feel so tired but I can't fall asleep. So any tips? ( I wake up at 7am to get ready, so I usually sleep for like 5-4 hours mostly 4 and 45 minutes ( not exactly but pretty close).

I don't know if it's important to say this but it's exactly 01:45 right now.

Here are few ticks that help me sleep better and longer.

1. Open the windows before you go to bed, make sure you have a lot of fresh air in the room.

2. Turn off all electronics, like TV or Laptop that will interfere with your sleep.

3. Take a shower before going to bed, a warm shower in the evening helps me sleep a lot.

4. Dont look on your Phone while in bed, you need to force yourself to stop all the things you want to do instead.

These few steps helped me fall asleep much faster.
