That was the issue. Ive not used amdmemtweak. Do you use amdmemtweak or amdmemtweakxl? Would you have an example command line in windows for the 5700 for core/mem/volt?

Is there a way to set Navi/Polaris clocks/mem/volt from the command line such as(and this is made up): amdmemtweakxl -i 0 --vddci 718 --mvdd 1264 --SOC 825
