Its not really a good section because we are betting on someones lives on here which i dont see to be that appropriate for me to make out bets for the sake of leisure or profits.

I don't see anything wrong with it, because the person behind the bet did not want or have anything to do with the increase in the number of deaths or whether it would surpass the number of deaths.
Be aware of the market for what will happen in the future if the number of deaths behind the bets increases it will depend on their morals.
