My sleep schedule has been getting worse, I have big tests this whole month and my sleep has been getting bad. When I started to sleep late it was like 1am or 01:30am or something like that. But know it's 2am - 3am and I can't sleep early because I'm so used to sleeping late, my eyes feel so tired but I can't fall asleep. So any tips? ( I wake up at 7am to get ready, so I usually sleep for like 5-4 hours mostly 4 and 45 minutes ( not exactly but pretty close).
I don't know if it's important to say this but it's exactly 01:45 right now.
Drink Alcohol each night , surely you will fall to sleeping.
But don't do it commonly because you might be addicted and will be alcoholic sooner.
