Would you mind sharing your last deposit transaction? It might be possible to see if KuCoin still holds any of this token, or when they got rid of it, anyway.

I've used KuCoin pretty successfully over the last 3-4 years, never had any issues with them.

I'm surprised they're not more willing to work with you.
