Yes, we have a balance inquiry fee. The card provider has it, and we also have it. But we also have positive points, delivery is included in the cost of ordering the card (€ 40), regardless of the distance of the country.
For a card that is replenished with crypto instantly and at the same time works like a standard Visa card, we believe that the prices are affordable. But thanks for your opinion, we will try to reduce prices.
