Do you think that youtube , cardano , ripple labs . or exchanges should put more permanent warnings to their sites , wallets etc?
if you ask me? yeah, they should. but then again at the end of the day, it should be the person's responsibility to identify what is a scam and what is not.

How is possible a scheme of such a large scale and long duration be untraceable to a tech giant? Are the difficulties of tech nature only?
they just probably don't really care since it doesn't really affect them other than some users complaining about it on their platforms.

Is there a websurfing  security product out there that managed to better warn youtubers?
other than an ad blocker that blocks potential phishing sites scams? I don't know, but I think the best way is to familiarize your self with the scams. I am not entirely sure but I think there are free tests about how much you know about online scams.
