For the record Binance was one of the centralized exchange sites we have so far and it will be better if you analyze the problem you had with them so we can actually provide the best exchange as a replacement because every exchange site has its own rules and regulations.

Could you clarify what problems are we talking about? After all, as far as I know, Binance works without problems in most countries and does not ask for KYC if you do not plan to withdraw more than 2 bitcoins per day.
But this is only applied to crypto for crypto trading users cause they usually ask for KYC when fiat or p2p trading is involved though their KYC is simple.
