Such bots would needs access Bitcointalk backend or some external apis need to be created from scratch, because Bitcointalk is customized to the level that no such updates possible any more.

I don’t think Bitcointalk is available on any other social media except one lonely Twitter handle @bitcointalk that too Theymos uses once in a blue moon... and  only when nothing else works and just to update about what’s happening to Bitcointalk.org
