If you unlock the stake you will still get rewards for 15 days (as you need to keep the service node running 24/7 for this period of time) after that your coins will be unlocked in your wallet ready to be used.

you can't use the coins right away, you need to unstake the coins and you need to wait for 15 days with the service node running, in the case you shutdown the service node you will get decomissioned and you will need to wait for 30 days until you can use those coins as they will get unlocked in 30 days.
