My funds are gone. Kucoin has basically admitted they confiscated my funds. They try to refer to terms and conditions but terms and conditions only allow them to confiscate wallets that have been abandoned 3 years.
The last email reply I sent to support I requested the news and announcements on ending withdrawals. Have not heard back for 2 days now.
Oh, in that case, yeah that's a bummer and you're 99% out of luck. You would think an exchange that holds $50+ million worth of ETH and tokens in a single wallet would be more willing to help out an old customer, but it goes against prevailing standards or keeping all money whenever possible under the T&C.
