You can expect your balance to be refunded to your account if tou are talking about a reputed site but already their reputation is ruined on Bitcointalk but still they are growing bigger and bigger with lot of promotion from outside of bitcointalk.

If they actually mentioned multiple accounts are not allowed then don't waste your time by keep trying forever.
