Viabtc has a paid service, but again they can’t find my transaction. Rbf would create a new transaction and cancel this one. Wouldn’t that look like doublespend this getting me banned? I have electrum imported his wallet but the tx doesn’t even show up. Just shows the balance as if it was never sent.
And of course Roobet can help with this. They can ignore the transaction. Take the $2 from my balance and allow me to withdraw . They’re not losing anything and they’re making a very loyal customer happy.

I have some experience using RBF on Roobet because my transaction is not confirmed and decided to raise the fee to make my transaction more faster to getting confirmation. You don't need to worry, just explained to the Support Roobet because of RBF my oldest transaction still getting attach on my Roobet account and makes me can't withdrawal. I explained about RBF, and yeah they only need to remove the first transaction and the problem is done.
So, RBF is not really a problem IMO just need to contact support to remove the first transaction after your second transaction getting confirmed and the balance credited on your account.
This is the fastest and best action to do , ask His friend to add fee to that 2$ sent to you since you are withdrawing a 45 hundred amount .
But let's see what's Roobet's answer because i can sense Issue on your end or your friends end , and maybe you are under investigation . hope I'm wrong regarding this .
I was thinking the same thing as well, when there is a 2 dollar transaction, it may clog it and not make you move but if you reach someone they will help you ignore that, but the reality is that they rarely ever close your withdrawal because of that, your deposit and withdrawal are not connected to each other, I have to be honest and say that I never deposited and withdrawn at the same time, that seems like something rarely anyone would ever do, so maybe it would be to prevent that some money is coming your way and you are trying to withdraw it even before it comes? That could be the deal.
I am sure if there is no shady things going on with this, I think that would definitely be solved very quickly, but if it is a shady looking thing, I am sure they will be looking into it a lot more carefully and find what's wrong and let everyone know about it.
