After investigation an account might be blocked if there is a violation took place. The list of violations includes but not limited by violations made regarding bets placed.

Thanks but in all cases in this thread you cancelled all the bets and refunded the deposit sum. I Didnt get any refund so far. Also I had over 190 mBT on balance. As I show on the other thread. Everything was gone
