Guys, I bought 1 day ago a new PSU Corsair 850W Gold+, I run my ring for about 24h and the FAN is not runing from first time, I don't know if I have to worry, I have only Mobo and 2 GPU r9 770 OC runing with this PSU, maybe is not using so much power to get hot and FAN to start?

The fan should ALWAYS run in those PSU, so it could be faulty and you should worry about it
I read in manual, if the PSU push out only 40% from his max power the FAN is not runing, if push out 40% to 60% is spining very silent, I don't know what to do.

HX Series power supplies are smarter than that: they generate less heat, so they require less cooling, and the thermally controlled fan only spins when its needed.
