Citizens should expect to stake 150 XOR for starting with. Long term, this can be decreased through governance 
It's a shame, I "only" have 110 XOR and I would have liked to become a citizen but I don't have the capacity to invest more
. I will wait quietly for parliament to take the decision to lower this limit. (I think 100 XOR isn't bad, don't you?
