My sleep schedule has been getting worse, I have big tests this whole month and my sleep has been getting bad. When I started to sleep late it was like 1am or 01:30am or something like that. But know it's 2am - 3am and I can't sleep early because I'm so used to sleeping late, my eyes feel so tired but I can't fall asleep. So any tips? ( I wake up at 7am to get ready, so I usually sleep for like 5-4 hours mostly 4 and 45 minutes ( not exactly but pretty close).
I don't know if it's important to say this but it's exactly 01:45 right now.

I had a similar experience when my child was sick for a few weeks and it just kept getting carried away. a friend advised me to take sleeping pills for a week before going to bed so that my body can get back used to regular sleep again. You should try sleeping pills but remember, you have to stop taking them every week so you don't get addicted.
