I believe that no one can predict bitcoin price, and we can see that the market is high on volatility and it always change day by day. The bitcoin has a great volume on the first quarter of the year 2021 so in my prediction i also believe that bitcoin will rise but for me it will not reach 120k$ maybe it will have a maximum price of 100k$, but this is only a prediction as what you have said it will depend on the government or in every issue that may take place on bitcoin.
