Man weird but that’s the exact same thing I thought when I first saw devcoin.
Heh, when I google image searched the Devcoin Logo at the top of that Iquidus explorer (node1.devcoin.cloud and devcoin.cloud) Google would link me to "California Love by 2Pac" (I still call him Tupac)... but I thought that was cool since Devcoin mission statement includes funding musicians
