With ripple at the current price of 67c do you think its worth investing in it or not?

Even there is an on-going case of ripple against SEC which makes the value of XRP very hyper suppressed, I am still optimistic that once they win this case the value of it will pump massively and will definitely reach a new ATH this bullish cycle.
Ripple Labs is unlikely to win a lawsuit filed against it by the SEC. Most likely, the two executives of this company against whom the lawsuit is directed will have to pay millions, and maybe billions of fines, but this should not significantly affect the ripple coin itself. After all, the banking system still uses the ripple network, and the coin itself has quite good functional indicators.
In many countries, ripple ranks first among cryptocurrencies in its use as a means of payment. This situation is unlikely to change anytime soon.
