Do you think there will ever be a time when Ethereum will stop following Bitcoin? The time Ethereum goes up in value is because Bitcoin goes up in value. In the future, will people look for Ether first before Bitcoin? Or will it always be Bitcoin's sidekick

Better to request all exchanges to remove ETH from "BTC" pair so that eth won't follow bitcoin anymore whenever bitcoin takes a huge pump/dump as ethereum along with other altcoins price are adjusted according to the price movement of bitcoin. What do you guys think? Though it's quite impossible as btc pair is well famous and it's been the first priority for any projects to list on that.
