still no refund for my $85,000, but support say they are 'working on the cases'... if they have 2000 btc reserve like they say, they should refund all scmamed users!
They will surely do. However, you can understand that you're not the only one affected and it takes time.
The time to reply to each customer, the time to check out each mix/transaction (which doesn't take 5 seconds), the time to reply, etc.
Without talking about the time to work on the server-side and the life he has outside.
Better to have patience than receive nothing. The problem is not the BTC reserve, it's truly the time needed to deal with such cases
this is true, but they still have not said they plan to fully refund all affected users. they say have an 'option' for refund depending on total loss etc, but i think if they have 2000 BTC, the only right answer is to full refund all users.
