I’m definitely a lone bettor. I do it to have fun. I think of it as entertainment and nothing more. When I watch sporting events it just feels like you’re on the team in a strange way when you’ve got skin in the game. Gives you a reason to celebrate as well. Who doesn’t like ordering a round for the bar after a big win knowing it’s paid for by the team. 
I am a lone bettor too. I feel that I am not that too confident to pay a bets with other competitors, and the thought that some of the skilled and well-experienced competitors are on the same page kills my confident. Somehow, i am betting in my own to have fun and yeah to start boosting my confidence and get to know more about playing bets and also learn new tactics and strategies. I am also dreaming to play bets in a circle of bettors but i think i must train myself first.
