There is currently a community initiative to fork the Bitconnect blockchain at block height 3125000 (would be around 31st March, but might be postponed).
This would give us control over the GitHub rep, and also the top 16 wallets (except for 2) would be burned, because they are probably connected to old BCC exchanges, and the old Bitconnect.co platform. Most likely noone of them still has access to those wallets, since they havn't been opened for 3 years and the BCC basically were worthless back then, but forking them out doesn't hurt anyone...

Just to make people who are interested aware.
If you think about it, Bitconnect actually would be a great memecoin. Everyone in Crypto knows about it or will know about it at some point. This organic marketing hardly can be beaten. Only the top coins and Doge have similar free, organic marketing.

If you buy the original BCC, you will also own the forked coin.
Bitconnect.com is the new website, not connected to the former scammers - it's a community initiative to bring BCC back to light for those who still own them and got rekt by the former scammers, or those who simply like it as a widely distributed memecoin.
